I knew you were the one for me,
Long before the day when we,
Stood together by the sea,
And pledged our lives to share.
You've always shown how much you care,
The family ties you've had to tear,
The partings that you chose to bear,
To stay close by my side.
The day that I become your bride,
We'll take the path of life in stride,
Together be each other's guide,
As we begin anew.
I'm blessed to have discovered you,
Your heart is generous, kind and true.
My frets and fears are far and few,
