Personalized Poems to honor Beloved Pets - Remember them with love.
Cat Tails
Our cat comes every evening,
To take her rightful place,
Arranged upon my pillow
Her tail against my face.
The tail, a hairy moustache
Is placed beneath my nose,
The cat pretends to be asleep,
A pure fictitious pose.
She wields the tail so deftly,
To tickle brows and cheek.
The little vamp's been doing this,
For nearly half a week.
No sooner does my pillow,
Embrace my tired head,
Then kitty comes a calling,
At home upon my bed.
Her tail begins its twitching,
To tickle brush and stroke.
I try ignoring her in hope,
She'll tire of the joke.
for a pet loving friend or family member.
