Personalized Limericks and Poems For Fun - Poems with Wit and Humor
The Pig and the Porcupine
The pig and the porcupine played by the pond,
They frolicked beneath the warm sun.
They danced on the sand and felt very grand
for the morning had barely begun.
The porcupine waded so far and so deep,
That only the tip of her nose,
Stuck out of the water to sniff at the sweet
Aromas of lilac and rose.
The pig had collected this charming bouquet
To give to his porcupine fair.
"How thoughtful you are!" the porcupine squeaked,
And munched on her flowers with care.
"Oh porcupine dear," said the pig with a sigh,
"I love you as kittens love cream."
But kindly refrain from causing me pain.
Your hugs tend to cause me to scream."
for that special person who loves to laugh.
