A special girl is Emily,
She has a generous heart.
She gave her time up willingly,
To nurture music's art.
She taught our son his cello,
Until he learned to play,
music warm and mellow,
he'd practice every day.
We're grateful for your kindness,
for such as you are rare,
With everlasting patience,
we see how much you care.
You've been an inspiration,
not only to our son,
the time you soloed "Baby Mine"
I know, touched everyone.
We all shall miss you greatly,
and wish you happy years,

And make tomorrow Emily's,
